What is Panchakarma?

The term Panchakarma is made up of two words. Pancha-means five and Karma means therapeutic procedures. So the Panchakarma is the therapy of five main procedures/actions to cleanse/detoxify the body for balancing the five elements, tridoshas, saptadhatus and malas.

Why Panchakarma therapy is superior to other therapies?

Should everyone has to undergo all the Panchakarma procedures?

It is important to notice that a specific, highly individualized Panchakarma protocol is advised for each individual after complete physical examination and pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha).

So everyone has no need to undergo each and every procedure.

Can a common Panchakarma package for everyone is possible?

Ayurveda is having highly individualized approach. So no universal package is possible. We design our patient's Panchakarma program according to their individual body constitution (Prakruti).
